Rosalie Borgardts has over 14 years of extensive litigation and trial experience. She assists the attorneys and our clients in all aspects of the legal process. Her experience includes many different types of cases such as personal injury, wrongful death, product liability, medical malpractice and automobile and semi-truck collision cases. She has assisted in handling cases in Missouri, Kansas, Iowa, Oklahoma, Michigan, Washington and Florida.
Rosalie has a B.A. from Seattle University and a Paralegal Certificate from Bentley College in Waltham, Massachusetts. She has continued her education through many seminars and conferences throughout the United States. Rosalie has been a member of American Association for Justice (AAJ), formerly known as ATLA since 1997. She is also a member of the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association and the Kansas City Paralegal Association.
Rosalie is a member of Platte Woods United Methodist Church and Boy Scouts of America. She enjoys spending time with her three children at their many sporting events at Park Hill High School.
