Four-month-old Emma Nedblake died on May 13, 2004, while napping in a bouncy seat manufactured by Kids II.
Emma slumped forward in the bouncy seat and was unable to pull her body back to an upright position.
Her airway was cut off due to positional asphyxia and she suffocated. Emma was at the babysitter's house
when this occured. Settlement with the babysitter occurred prior to settlement with Kids II.
