Case Name: Hartgrave Settlement Settlement Amount - $1,100,000 Case Description: Bobbi Hartgrave was traveling on Highway 54 near Eldorado Springs, Missouri on December 21, 2005, when a semi-truck driven by Michael Wilkins crossed the center-line of the highway, came into Ms. Hartgrave’s lane, and collided with her vehicle. Ms. Hartgrave’s vehicle caught on fire and she died in the collision.  |
