Jack Herschend Settlement Amount - $1,200,000 Case Description: Ericka and Radford Sparks were riding a motorcycle near Branson, Missouri when lawn furniture flew out of the back of a nearby pickup truck causing them to wreck. Ericka suffered a broken ankle, cuts and bruises. Radford suffered much more severe injuries to his left leg which required a long hospitalization, multiple surgeries and rehabilitation. The Sparks case went to trial but ended in a mistrial. The case later settled.
